From a human rights lawyer to a Jordanian royal, a silver-screen siren to a music mogul, these women come from all walks of life but they all share a love of fashion and an inimitable sense of style. Whether walking a red carpet or attending a diplomatic event they never fail to impress and deliver serious style inspiration! Read on to discover our pick of the top ten best dressed and most stylish women of 2015!

Queen Rania Al Abdullah
Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah of Jordan is one of the most influential women in the Arab World, not to mention one of the best dressed! The 45-year-old mother of four has used her position to raise awareness on a number of subjects including education and health; she is regularly jetting around the world to high profile events, never failing to steal the spotlight with her glamorous style and sophistication. Not only is she known for her impeccable style throughout the Arab world but is also internationally recognized as a style icon with her favorite designers including Roland Mouret, Armani, Elie Saab, Prada, Chloe and Givenchy. At the Medef Summer 2015 University Conference in France Queen Rania looked radiant in Louis Vuitton while for a portrait at the Royal Palace in Amman she looked stunning in Krikor Jabotian.

Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al Missned
Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser Al Missned of Qatar exudes a glamour that sees her regularly featured in magazines and on websites across the globe. She imbues everything she wears with an unarguable elegance and as a testimony to this she was the only single entry inducted into the Vanity Fair Best Dressed Hall of Fame for 2015. Sheikha Moza is undeniably a global fashion icon, not to mention one of the most influential women in the Middle East. Her seemingly effortless sense of style never fails to impress. Her Highness looked radiant on her visit to Seoul earlier this year dressed in an Ulyana Sergeenko couture ensemble and clutch as she visited education centers in the city. Another of our favorite looks of 2015 is the Jean Paul Gaultier couture jumpsuit worn at the opening of the new Investcorp building at St Antony’s College in Oxford, England.

Julianne Moore
54-year-old Julianne Moore had quite a successful year on the awards circuit and she didn’t disappoint on the red carpets either! Our favorite looks of the year include the green Givenchy Haute Couture dress paired with the purple Chopard earrings she chose for the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the stunning custom Chanel Haute Couture creation by Karl Lagerfeld. Made of 80,000 hand-sewn sequins, this stunning dress worn to the 2015 Academy Awards ceremony ensured Moore was a best dressed contender in every poll!

Blake Lively
Just months after giving birth to daughter James in January 2015, Blake Lively was spotted in impeccable shape back out and about wearing her signature bright colors and body-conscious silhouettes. With a knack for knowing what to wear to best flatter her gorgeous physique, the new mom is one of a few Hollywood stars that could have her pick of any A-list stylist but instead chooses to dress herself; her street style is equally as impressive as the red carpet looks she puts together. At the premiere of Adeline, Lively chose a Monique Lhuillier gown with a fitted lace bodice, voluminous tulle skirt and a flowing train paired with Lorraine Schwartz earrings, Sophia Webster heeled sandals and a Judith Leiber couture koi fish crystal clutch. She looked equally stunning dressed in Marchesa at the Marchesa FW15-16 New York Fashion Week show.

Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift is one woman who is on top of her game! Not only has the 26-year-old achieved phenomenal success in her career with her chart-topping hits but continues to top the best dressed lists as well. The beautiful singer-songwriter, whose style icon is none other than Audrey Hepburn, is known for her remarkable talent and style. At the 2015 Grammy Awards, Swift chose a show-stopping turquoise Elie Saab number that featured a short skirt under the ball gown. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Guiseppe Zanotti shoes. Another of her most memorable looks was the sparkling crop top and pants by Ashish paired with the Christian Louboutin shoes she donned for the 2015 Video Music Awards.

Jennifer Lopez is known for bringing her A-game to every red carpet event she attends. She’s famous for her super stylish outfits and her love of Lebanese designers. The Latina superstar is best known for her figure-hugging outfits and is not afraid to show a little skin. At the American Idol XIV Grand Finale Show, Lopez didn’t disappoint, wearing a sheer black lace paneled Zuhair Murad bodysuit with a matching evening skirt, while at the 2015 Academy Awards, the singer went all out glamorous in a gorgeous Elie Saab tulle gown adorned with beading.

Cate Blanchett
Cate Blanchett strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and sensuality. Often referred to as the reigning queen of the red carpet, this Australian beauty is not afraid to take a risk in the name of fashion. Her impeccable sense of fashion goes beyond the red carpet to her effortless street style. Blanchett was perfection personified at the Giorgio Armani 40th Anniversary Silos opening in a stunning white Giorgio Armani Privé suit with a black obi-inspired tie belt at the waist and a pair of black pumps. Among her many other looks is the black gown by John Galliano for Maison Martin Margiela Blanchett wore to the Academy Awards; simple yet elegant, it was a true showstopper!

Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney’s marriage to George Clooney in September 2014 thrust her into the spotlight and we haven’t taken our eyes off of her since! A newcomer on the Vanity Fair International Best Dressed List for 2015, she came in at an impressive number five. From the black Christian Dior Haute Couture gown paired with elbow-length white gloves that she made her red carpet debut in as Mrs. Clooney, to the gorgeous gold Maison Margiela dress she wowed in for the Tomorrowland Tokyo premiere, Mrs. Clooney has proved to be the total package – beauty, brains and style!

Lupita Nyong’o

This Mexican-Kenyan star first appeared on our fashion radars after starring in her breakout role in 12 Years a Slave. That year Lupita Nyong’o nailed every red carpet she set foot on and since then has continued to earn the best dressed status at almost every event she attends. The actress embraces bright, bold colors and is notorious for her impeccable sense of style. If we absolutely have to choose our favorite look of 2015 the Calvin Klein Collection gown would take the cake; worn by Nyong’o to the 2015 Academy Awards, the exquisite gown was embroidered with 6,000 pearls! The Gucci custom pleated chiffon green gown with hand-painted floral crystals along the waist and plunging neckline worn at the Cannes Film Festival was equally stunning.

Beyoncé

Whether strutting her stuff on a red carpet or commanding the stage with an adrenalin-pumping performance, Queen Bey always asserts her flair for fashion! The superstar is known for her glamorous and racy dresses and on-stage outfits. Always one to take a fashion risk, her standout fashion moments of the year include the jaw-dropping Givenchy gown with floral jeweled embellishments (in all the right places!) that she chose to wear to the 2015 Met Gala. At the Vanity Fair Oscars Party Queen Bey was all about the glamour in a stunning white Stella McCartney dress paired with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, a Marni clutch, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and J. Mendel fur.
